Full Mouth Reconstruction
This gentleman was referred because of the large amounts of wear taking place on his anterior teeth and the dark intrinsic staining of the teeth. After initial occlusal splint therapy to gain a stable RAP, the patient had an occlusal adjustment followed by a full mouth reconstruction at an increased vertical dimension. The case was fabricated on a semi adjustable articulator and silver dyes were used for all preparations.
