Advanced Bridgework
This lady was referred in because of the unseen appearance of her teeth and her missing tooth in the upper anterior region that had recently fractured off. She was also currently missing several lower teeth.
Crown lengthening was preferred in the upper anteriors to create a better gingival line, with crowns anteriorly, implants in the upper RHS and a coping bridge in the LLHS.
