TG Medical has been trading in the provision of consumable supplies to the medical and dental profession in Ireland since 2005. The organisation grew quickly as a result of excellently competitive pricing, product and service. Over the past eighteen months TG Medical has expanded this supply business into the UK market. This expansion has been organic and funded to date out of operating cash flow.

Following the successful performance of the business and the reputation that it has built the organisation has commenced an expansion plan into the supply of capital equipment. This development will lead to the provision of a service division as we build our base of installed equipment. We have successfully subcontracted the Installation, service, maintenance and repair of the capital equipment to Hogan Dental & Medical Services and Crowe Surgery Services.

The business will be profitable across all divisions and will enjoy both operational and cost synergies as a result of the integrated corporate structure.
