British Academy Of Restorative Dentistry | BARD

The course will comprise of lectures, practicals, seminars and webinars. This a two year course spread over 22 days leading to a post-graduate Diploma in Prosthodontics (P.G. Dip Pros) from the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

Year 1* (module 1) of this course is the Certificate in Operative Dentistry (10 days)

BOTH courses (modules) must be completed in a 5 year period and you must complete 100 hours of Operative Dentistry and Prosthodontics CPD including these modules during the 5 year period prior to taking the examination. Exemption from the Year 1 course (PG Cert Aesthetic Dent) is available to those who have completed a one year accredited private or hospital based Aesthetic Dentistry course.

The course is part theory, part practical on models, phantom heads and patients. Succesful completion of the course will allow entrance to the examination for the Diploma in Prosthodontics (P.G. Dip Prostho). The cost of the course is £6,950 + VAT and exam £1,485 + VAT
