British Academy Of Restorative Dentistry | BARD

The course will comprise of lectures, practicals, seminars and webinars. This is a two year course spread over 22 days leading to a post graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry (PG Dip Aest Dent.) from the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

Year 1 (module 1) of this course is the Certificate in Restorative Dentistry (10 days)

Exemption from the Year 1 Certificate course and Year 2 Diploma course and direct entrance to the examination is available for those who have completed both a one year accredited private or hospital based Restorative Dentistry course and Aesthetic Dentistry course and who have accumulated a minimum of 100 hours of CPD in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry during the 5 year period prior to taking the exam for the Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry.

The course is 50% theory:50% practical on phantom heads. Succesul completion of the course will allow entrance to the examination for the Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry. This will include case presentations and log diaries and MCQ examination.
The cost of the course is £6,950 + VAT and the exam fee is £1,485 + VAT
